EkoPods in development across seven Pillars in Africa and Latin America. Each vehicle is structured around a real infrastructure gap — architected before capital is sought, built for the logic of its region.
EkoPods
aggregate into
institutional
platforms.
Individual EkoPods are the atomic unit of Coalescence's capital architecture. As they mature, they aggregate into Vaults — sovereign, institutional-scale investment platforms structured for Green Bond funding, development finance, and family office participation at ticket sizes individual EkoPods cannot accommodate alone.
The Vault model preserves what matters: each EkoPod retains its own governance, its own operational partnerships, its own regional sovereignty. The Vault is the capital architecture that connects them — not a structure that absorbs them.
Pillar-specific evaluation of capital architecture and leverage texture across Africa and Latin America infrastructure. Produced through the institutional judgment of Coalescence's Capital Architects.
